WHAT AREA IS SERVED WITH OUR ASSISTED SENIOR LIVING THROUGH ELDERLY CARE AT HOME?

This office focuses on providing quality care throughout Bergen & Rockland County. We also work closely with our Comfort Keepers peers to insure that care can be provided in 18 of the 21 New Jersey counties.

WHY COMFORT KEEPERS?

There are several important factors that set us apart in a highly competitive and often confusing industry. A complete answer can be provided during a home visit or during a telephone conversation with a member of the senior staff. A brief answer is that we (a) maintain a comprehensive insurance portfolio, (b) thoroughly screen every caregiver and staff member, (c) properly employ and compensate our caregivers, (d) conduct ongoing training, (e) provide accurate and detailed invoices and (f) most importantly, care for your loved one as if we were caring for a member of our own family. We have never received anything less than “excellent to outstanding” client satisfaction ratings from over 95% of our clients. This performance record is reflected in the fact that we are (a) an approved participant in the New Jersey Education Association Member Benefit Program; (b) an approved provider for every major long term care insurance company, most workers compensation insurance carriers and a number of state funded programs and services, and (c) the endorsed provider for the New Jersey Firemen’s Mutual Benevolent Association. We also have established working relationships with numerous patient based groups such as the MS Society and the Alzheimer’s Association. In New Jersey alone Comfort Keepers provided over 1,000,000 hours of care in 2010. We must be doing something right!

WHO ARE GOING TO BE MY PRIMARY CONTACTS?

The owner, Steven Ippolito is a hands on owner that has had a personal experience with his mother a few years ago. Steven realized the need for In-Home Care first hand and wanted to provide better service than his family had received. Nancy Legg is our Office Manager and has been with Steven since the start. Connie McKinney is our Care Coordinator and all three are involved with every aspect of the daily operations. One of these three people answers the phone 24 hours per day, 7 days a week including holidays.
