Hey Ya'll,

Just wanted to tell everyone that we need to thank mom's caregiver Kim for being such a sharp caregiver. She picked up mom's drugs from the pharmacy yesterday, and when she got home she checked all of the drugs and realized that they had put the WRONG drug in one of the pill bottles. She quickly took it back and showed the druggist. This is how people die and thanks to Kim she was on the ball. I spoke to Kim this morning and thanked her. She is awesome and she has such a great rapport with mom. She told me how very close she is to her.... almost like her own mother, whom she lost about 6 months ago. Kim does so many nice things for mom like making her casseroles and preparing her coffee for her so that it's ready to go every morning at the touch of a button. Kim even made the casseroles for my birthday party.

Let's all let her know how much she is appreciated!!!

	Hi Laurie, I wanted to send a few words your way regarding the service you and your staff provided to my parents when we were all in a bit of a crisis. We needed care a.s.a.p. I made the first call to Comfort Keepers late in the evening. Not only was it was returned immediately, you found someone to come in the next morning.....and there was NO MINIMUM 3 or 4 hour time requirement. WOW! A couple of things after that which exceeded my expectations... your staff made follow up calls to see if everything was going well, you had a staff member visit with my parents to ensure they were comfortable with the care giver, you provided the same care giver time and time again to reduce confusion. I spoke with many staff members on the phone when calling in and each and every one of them was courteous, caring and extremely helpful.
