Each caregiver is treated with respect and dignity; our corporate culture is to recognize them for doing good work with you. We pay our caregivers well so we can attract the best applicants available. Each caregiver is thoroughly screened.

We believe education motivates and improves the quality of people's lives. It also increases our ability to serve each client in the most individual, appropriate and knowledgeable way. Our caregivers are trained upon hiring and at continuing education sessions. We prepare our caregivers to focus on the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our clients' well-being. If a caregiver is not skilled to listen, we teach him/her how, and how to let you know they hear and they care. On a regular basis, we visit each client when the caregiver is there; we want to know what our clients say about their care. This can prompt additional training sessions for caregivers.
