Frequently Asked Questions about Senior Care

What is a Client Deposit and how does it work?

A client deposit is a security deposit that a client pays to the office on the day that the Client Agreement is signed.  The security deposit is equal to two weeks of service.  The deposit can also be referred to as your last two weeks of service collected in advance.   When services are terminated, the client may choose to use the deposit towards the final invoice.  If there are any remaining balances the deposit will be applied.  All unused deposit will be refunded. *See your Client Agreement for details.

How will I be billed if I only need one hour of service?

We have a minimum of 2 hours of service for each visit; therefore, you will be billed for a minimum of 2 hours. (unless it is a one hour bath visit)    Please remember that in order to provide our clients with the highest level of caregivers we need to maintain regular schedules.

What If I need service on a Holiday?

We staff our caregivers 24 hours a day every day including holidays.  This means that we are available for holiday service.  The office will call you at least two weeks prior to each holiday to see if you need services.  All holiday hours are double billed.  The holidays we observe include:

  • New Years Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

How can you reassure me that my personal belongings will be protected?

In order for us to employ our caregivers they must each pass a criminal, driving and credit check.  This service is provided for your protection and peace of mind.  All of our caregivers are bonded and insured.
