Families can choose to be as involved in their loved one’s home care as much or as little as they desire. In any case, we maintain excellent communication to keep families up-to-date on their loved one’s status.
We take special care in matching each client and Comfort Keeper®, based on their personalities and interests, the client’s special needs and the Comfort Keeper’s training and skills. This match is essential to a successful experience. We can usually place a highly qualified Comfort Keeper in your home within 24 hours of your senior care request.
When your primary Comfort Keeper is ill, has an emergency or is on vacation, we’ll provide a qualified substitute.
Customized Service
Comfort Keepers works with families to create a customized plan of in-home care to meet the unique needs of each client—from just a few hours a week, to give family caregivers a break, to as much as full-time, around-the-clock care.
Clients’ needs changes so we regularly review each client’s care plan and work with the family and client to revise the plan as needed. Our Client Care Coordinator visits clients once a month to check on their care, making sure they’re satisfied and seeing if any changes are needed.
To provide clients and families a complete care solution, Comfort Keepers of Jackson, Mississippi, partners with a wide range of local health and senior care organizations, such as adult day care, home health care agencies, assisted living facilities and hospitals. Sometimes our Comfort Keepers provide services in assisted living facilities to enable residents to stay longer.

- Live-In Service, which offers full-time caregiving by a Comfort Keeper® who lives in the client’s home. The client and family may designate the types of non-medical in-home care services that are to be provided.
