About Our Massachusetts Comfort Keepers®
Bob and Raquel Mullaney have been helping seniors and other adults maintain a high quality of independent living—at home—since opening the Plymouth Comfort Keepers franchise in 2001. Their new venture answered the call they had to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors, who more than previous generations, desire to continue living in the familiar surroundings of home.
What really impressed them was the emphasis that Comfort Keepers places on recruiting the highest quality of caregivers who genuinely care for seniors and their desire to live independently.
The Mullaneys enjoy witnessing the difference an in-home visit makes for their clients. In fact, one can often see their stress level decrease when a Comfort Keeper is with them.
The Mullaneys also enjoy teaching the skills of home care, enabling new Comfort Keeper candidates to build upon their natural compassion and desire to help others and become highly effective senior caregivers. There is a shared love for the fact that our clients receive a level of compassion and care that they can’t find elsewhere.
Our In-Home Care Team
In addition to our Comfort Keepers, our team includes:

- Client Services Coordinator, who takes calls from prospective clients and families; conducts initial visits, turning prospects into clients; and works with schedulers.
- Director of Human Resources and Training, who directly supervises all caregivers and oversees training to prepare them to provide Comfort Keepers’ unsurpassed brand of caregiving.
- Schedulers, who schedule caregivers for clients.
- Geriatric Care Manager, who oversees and coordinates all aspects of geriatric care and other supportive services clients may need.
- Skilled Nurses, who set our Comfort Keepers franchise apart from many in-home care providers, which provide only non-medical care.
