Jennifer Berryman and Jessica Thomas - Sisters and Certified Senior Advisors are the owners of Comfort Keepers in Pleasanton, Fremont, and Walnut Creek.  They understand from their own family experiences the importance of helping people live independent and dignified lives within the comfort of their own homes. 

Our Family is Here for Your Family.  Families choose Comfort Keepers for different reasons. For some, it is for extensive care. For others, we offer a much needed break or "respite care" for family members who regularly provide care such as quality time with a spouse, vacation, or simply a few hours of quiet time. 

Flexibility and Guidance.  We offer a wide range of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.  Whether for a few hours a week or for 24 hour care, we work closely with you to customize a program that provides a perfect balance of services and value.  We understand that circumstances may change.  With open communication and round the clock service, we are here for you.

Professional Oversight.  We offer a free in-home visit  with either the Owners or Client Care Coordinator to see if our services are a good match for you.   Additionally, our Client Care Coordinator conducts regular quality visits to each client at no extra charge.  We use the time during our quality visits to make sure we are meeting your expectations, and to make suggestions to improve the safety and well-being of our clients.  At Comfort Keepers, we believe it is our responsibility to ensure we provide only the highest quality of care.

High Quality Staff. At Comfort Keepers, we recognize the importance of trust and compassion.  That is why each and every employee is carefully screened, qualified and trained to ensure the best possible level of services. Our entire in-home staff is bonded and insured as well.  Because when you need someone to take care of an aging parent or loved one, it all starts with trust and confidence in people.

Advanced Scheduling & Tracking System.  Our system notifies management each time a Comfort Keeper arrives and departs from a clients home.  Being dependable and responsive are hallmarks of our Comfort Keeper staff.
