The Comfort Keepers—the senior caregivers who bring the special Comfort Keepers style of caregiving to clients—are at the very core of each Comfort Keepers office. Other opportunities for employment include managing the offices, marketing Comfort Keepers care, and coordinating client services. The hiring occurs independently at each office.
Companionship & Personal Care Aide
A companionship/personal care aide at Comfort Keepers provides non-medical, in-home senior care. As part of this responsibility, the personal care aide will oversee that the client’s comfort and safety needs are being met. Aspects of this type of care include assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and light housekeeping tasks. A personal care aide may also help with a senior's nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping, as well as helping manage medications which can be self-administered.

Client Care Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Franchisee, provides continuity of care for clients after referral. Facilitates the provision of in-home care and support services to clients. Arranges for the uninterrupted continuing care of the client. Assists in the organization of family resources for the effective care of the client. Routinely interacts with other Comfort Keepers staff as well as clients, family members, community providers/ referral sources, insurance companies, care managers, and other third party payors.

Intake Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Franchisee, is responsible for conversion of inquiries for service requests to in-home visits. Routinely interacts with other Comfort Keepers staff as well as clients, family members, community providers/ referral sources, insurance companies, care managers, and other third party payors.

On-Call Responder
Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Franchisee, this position will be the lead responder to all calls. The responder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and employee supervision throughout the call period. This person is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of all activities and to communicate with office staff regarding all call activities.

Scheduling Assistant
Under the general supervision of the Scheduling Coordinator, is responsible for accurately scheduling of qualified Comfort Keepers based on all new and current clients.

Territory Sales Manager
Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Franchisee, the Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives. The Sales Manager will generate sales through cold calling, attending conferences, networking with key influence groups and relationship building with key referral sources. Calls are required in both medical and non-medical environments. Responsible for reporting results to supervisor on a weekly basis, discuss successes and opportunities, and revisit Marketing/Business Plan.
