About Our Minnesota Senior Care

Steve and Kelly Lindell opened the Fridley Comfort Keepers® franchise in 2002 and added their Maple Grove area in 2009. They’ve experienced first-hand the challenges faced by many “sandwich generation” families torn between caring for growing children and aging parents. From this experienced perspective they offer families practical solutions to in-home senior care. Kelly got her first experience as a caregiver at age 15 when her mom was diagnosed with cancer. After a valiant 11-year battle her mom passed away. Kelly, however, was called again as a caregiver, for her father, who became homebound with emphysema.

During this time Kelly and her siblings began families of their own, and Steve and Kelly saw that they were not alone. Many other families also felt the stress of caring for children and parents, while keeping up with their careers. Since founding their Comfort Keepers franchise they have helped ease the stress and improve the quality of life for hundreds of families like these.

As a Class A licensed home care agency, the franchise added  personal care services in 2004 and skilled nursing in 2010.  To accommodate their growing team and service area Steve and Kelly moved the franchise office to the Osseo/Maple Grove area in 2011, where they continue to assist families throughout the northwestern Twin Cities, from Roseville north to Coon Rapids and west to the Plymouth and Maple Grove areas.
