Welcome to Comfort Keepers® of Tampa, Florida*.
It is well know that Florida, and Tampa in particular, has been a retirement destination for many years. The senior population is a vibrant part of Tampa from South Tampa to Lutz; from Citrus Park to Temple Terrace.
Comfort Keepers in Tampa has a singular purpose. That is to provide seniors the help they require to remain in their homes, safely independent, as long as they wish. We provide services to seniors which also provides their family members peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for.
Comfort Keepers provides solutions which are tailored to each individual client’s needs. The Comfort Keepers solution includes:
- the right services – established with the client
- the right schedule – determined by the client
- the right caregiver – expertly matched to the client
Since 2004, Bob and Kathy DiRaimo have built the Tampa franchise based on a principle of client service first, last, and always. As caregivers for their own family members, each gained a deep rooted respect for the dignity and independence seniors deserve, as well as an appreciation for the uniqueness of the skills of quality and compassionate care.
It is those experiences which help guide the day to day decisions that have produced the thousands of satisfied clients and hundreds of compassionate caregivers in Tampa and the surrounding areas.
*Tampa includes: South Tampa, Carrollwood, Northdale, Lutz, Temple Terrace, East Tampa, West Tampa, Citrus Park, Hyde Park, Davis Island, Harbour Island, Palma Ceia, New Tampa and Westchase.

Seniors May Eat Less, But They Need To Ensure Good Nutrition
As seniors age they typically become less active and their metabolisms slow. As a result, they require fewer calories. But their need for essential, health-promoting vitamins and minerals does not decline. If anything, it increases.

Eat Seasonally for Maximum Nutrition
No matter where we live, we expect to find a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables year-round in supermarket produce sections. But much of it has to travel great distances to get there. And in doing so, it loses freshness, taste and nutrients.
