Steve and Carol Nichols opened their fist office in the Nashville Metro area in July of 2008 with a positive attitude and eager to provide help and assistance to anyone in need. Already having a lot of experience caring for aging parents they know the amount of energy, time and love that is needed to provide the proper care for people. Having been serving the greater Nashville community for approximately 2 years their Comfort Keepers office is becoming recognized as a leader in the In-Home Care industry. Steve, Carol and the staff at Comfort Keepers continue to work hard providing an unmatched level of customer satisfaction for their clients. Professional and courteous service begins with truly listening to the client; understanding what the client’s needs are, and then exceeding their expectations. 

Steve and Carol's parents are all in their 80’s ranging in age from 86 to 90. They have witnessed firsthand the day to day struggles their parents have encountered.  Managing simple tasks can be challenging for them and they will greatly inconvenience themselves in order to not be a burden to their family. It didn’t take much time and investigation to realize there are a lot of seniors who need assistance and/or companionship to help them through the day. Both Steve and Carol felt that this would be a compassionate and rewarding business where they would be directly effecting the lives of the clients as well as their children and the community. 

Steve and Carol continue to enjoy:
