For your Senior Care we are here to help provide them with customized in-home care designed specifically for their individual needs. We have been serving the Tracy, Manteca and surrounding areas for the last 10 years. We can provide a minimum of 2 hours per visit or 24 hour care depending on the needs of your loved one. Some of the services that we can provide include:

Personal Care: Including hygiene & bathing, meal preparation including those with specific dietary needs, assisting with transfers and positioning, toileting and other personal needs.

Companionship: Providing conversation, playing games or listening to their favorite music. We can provide transportation to recreational activities, doctor appointments, running errands, grocery shopping and assistance with communications with family members and friends.

Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care: Including assistance with dressing & grooming, communication skills, home safety measures, respite for family caregivers and healthy meal preparation.

Medication Reminders: Assistance in taking medications to ensure health maintenance.

Light Housekeeping: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen, laundry and changing the linens.
