Meet the Owners

Brooke and John Reynolds are owners of Comfort Keepers of South Charlotte because they experienced the company’s philosophy and way of caring for seniors first-hand. Brooke’s grandmother needed care and her mom had to re-locate across many states to Wisconsin to be near her to provide assistance to her ailing mother. When her need became too much for the family to handle, they turned to Comfort Keepers thanks to a referral from a family friend. Then, a few years later, John’s mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and his father needed help caring for his wife. They again turned to Comfort Keepers.
After having their lives touched not once, but twice by Comfort Keepers, Brooke and John were offered the opportunity to begin their own franchise of the company in the Charlotte area. They jumped at the chance back in 2007, and expanded to include the York and Union county areas within a year. They had many choices when looking for care for their loved ones, and in starting a new business, but they chose Comfort Keepers in order to help families just like theirs find quality home health care for the ones who mean the most.
