In 2001, Scott and Kelly Wyatt found themselves with a 3 month old and a 4 year old, while trying to share time with Kelly’s family to take care of her dying father. They tried hiring some private sitters to help cover time when no family member could be there; but that did not work out so well. After some research by Scott, he realized that families in the Victoria, Texas area were in a need of a services that specialized in In-Home and Respite care for local seniors and their families. After almost a year of research and talking with several franchiseing companies; Scott and Kelly chose Comfort Keepers and opened the Victoria location in March of 2002.

Comfort Keepers specializes in providing services that allow seniors to remain safely and independently in their own homes as long as possible.  Knowing that you can make a substantial, positive difference in the final years of a senior's life; is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a Comfort Keeper.
