About Our In-Home Care

Proudly Serving the Beverly Hills, Chino Hills, Claremont, Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga & Surrounding California Areas

For Michael and Kathleen Craig, nothing is more important than helping people in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas live full, independent and dignified lives within the comfort of their own homes. Over the past several years, the Craig’s have been serving their community’s diverse needs by providing quality and personalized in-home care.

Comfort Keepers is dedicated to providing the highest quality home care at every level of need. Our elder care services include:

  • Companionship
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
  • Rehab care
  • Transportation and housekeeping

Comfort Keepers understands the value of independence, and so we take great consideration in matching clients with senior caregivers as well as designing an in-home care program that meets the special needs of each client.

Personalized Senior Care Assistance

Comfort Keepers’ standards of quality and concern are evident in the personalized home care that every client receives. The relationship begins with a free in-home care consultation, where we personally meet with the client and their loved ones to determine the need and assess the client’s personality and preferences. Following this meeting we match the client with a specialized caregiver that best fits the client and their needs. You can be assured you are getting the most direct and fitting elder care possible by personally meeting with the person that matches clients and caregivers.

Family and loved ones can have as much or as little involvement as they desire in the process. Once an in-home care program is up and running, we can keep families involved in every step along the way, review with them whenever there is a change in the level of care, or contact them only in the case of concern or emergency.

For those suffering from memory issues, Comfort Keepers offers a Memory Care program for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Specialized care is delivered by our Certified Home Health Aides, who have experience and training in providing this valuable in-home care service.

We are constantly observing our clients and caregivers to give you the peace of mind that your loved one is being given the best home care possible. A combination of consistent oversight of caregivers, feedback from clients and caregivers and supervisory visit to clients each month, Comfort Keepers is able assess care plans and make changes when necessary. Our goal is to create care plans that are personal and accommodating for both our clients and their loved ones.
