Our Comfort Keepers are some of the finest people you will ever meet.  They are professional, compassionate, and reliable caregivers.  Finding and training the best possible Comfort Keeper® candidate is essential to delivering quality care to each of our clients.

Each of our Comfort Keepers are carefully selected and trained. Before candidates can become a Comfort Keeper they must pass a customized, industry specific hiring tool that assists in identifying the most qualified candidates. In addition, the candidate undergoes a rigorous interview with multiple staff members. Finally, a comprehensive background screening process is completed which includes:

  •   statewide criminal background screen
  •   nationwide sex offender search
  •   driving record report
  •   credit check
  •   social security check
  •   work and personal references
  •   random drug testing


Training Makes the Difference

Training is the key to our success. Our training program is one of the best in the industry and is a combination of one-on-one, hands-on and web based training. We also provide continuing education for our Comfort Keepers on advanced topics.

Our Comfort Keepers are employees, not sub-contractors. This should be a critical consideration for you in selecting the best home care option. Our caregivers are bonded and covered by general liability, professional liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
