In caring for our senior client’s we’ve recognized that for millions of seniors across America, hunger and malnutrition are a real issue. In fact, more than 1 in 2 seniors in the care of others are at risk for under-or mal-nutrition. Comfort Keepers is dedicated to helping seniors live healthy, independent lives. Because Comfort Keepers knows that adequate nutrition is critical for seniors to retain their vitality, quality of life and independence, we have started the Serving Seniors Nourishing Lives campaign to help combat senior hunger and malnutrition in America. To date, we have collected over 7,000 pounds of nourishing food for our seniors!! Yes, that's correct. Over 3 1/2 tons of food! Thank you to all those participating partners as we work together to fight hunger and malnutrition within our senior community!
