Why is Comfort Keepers® of Alexandria different?

It is our Comfort Keepers®.

We employ our Comfort Keepers; we don't use contract workers.  Unlike many agencies, Comfort Keepers are employees.  We rigorously screen all employees for previous criminal, credit, and driving records.  In addition, all of our employees are bonded, insured, and are covered by Workers' Compensation.   Most homeowners' policies do not cover a caregiver injury while they are on the client's property.  Because we employ our caregivers and they are insured and covered by Workers' Compensation, our clients and their families can rest easy. 

Training is a priority. Our Comfort Keepers receive continuous training throughout the year to ensure we are providing the best possible care for our clients.

We use a state-of-the-art scheduling and tracking system.  If a Comfort Keeper is absent, we know immediately and are able to contact the client and/or the family and provide a replacement.

We offer services in Fairfax County. Trained, local Comfort Keepers are available in Fairfax, Annandale, Alexandria, Falls Church, Springfield, Fairfax Station, and Clifton.
