Fort Wayne Elder Care Services

At-Home Care for Seniors & Adults

We work closely with families to develop a customized plan of senior care to meet their unique needs. We’ll schedule as little as two hours of service a week to full-time, 24/7 home care.

Our Director of Client Care regularly reviews each client’s elder care plan and works with the family and client to make sure they’re satisfied and to revise the plan as needed for maximum effectiveness.

We strive to provide clients and their families a complete care solution, so Comfort Keepers® of Fort Wayne partners with a wide range of local health and senior care organizations. This includes hospice, home health care agencies, assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals and an area agency on aging. If fact, some of our clients live in assisted living facilities or nursing homes, and our Comfort Keepers visit them there.
