About Hamilton County Comfort Keepers

I have vowed as a Comfort Keepers owner to provide the same type of caring, dependable, trustworthy and competent services to our clients as I expected for my own family. To do that, I have implemented processes that govern how we select, train and supervise our Comfort Keepers. I have an experienced Client Care Manager who oversees all aspects of the care provided to our clients. She is responsible for making sure frequent visits are made to each of our clients. These visits help us monitor changes that might occur in the lives of our clients. With the information from these visits, we can be proactive in recommending changes in the care we are providing. If additional services are needed that we do not provide, we are happy to recommend someone from our trusted network of providers.

From my own personal experience, I know what it is like to need to find an alternative solution for the care of a loved one.  While my father was suffering from the affects of the disease that finally took his life, my mother, sister and I tried to provide the care he needed at home. We tried, but it became a stressful, exhausting and overwhelming experience.  We realized we needed help. Accepting that help was also a stressful experience, because we now had to invite strangers into our home and trust that they were not only well trained, but also kind, compassionate and trustworthy.

I enjoy providing quality care for those that, in most cases, find themselves in situations that they have never faced before. These times can be overwhelming, stressful and confusing. I find fulfillment in providing relief to these families by being a resource of good information as well as providing honest, trustworthy, well-screened individuals to provide the care they need.
