With more than 55 years of combined experience enriching the lives of seniors in the Wichita area, the Wurth and Stark families in 2007 purchased the Wichita Comfort Keepers® office. It’s the perfect home-based complement to their elder care mission of enabling seniors to live fulfilling lives with dignity, compassion and safety. They are thankful for the opportunity to help the growing number of seniors who want to maintain a high quality of independent living at home.
They have a keen understanding of the daily struggles families face with their senior loved ones, including those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. The Wichita Comfort Keepers Team
In addition to Comfort Keepers—the compassionate caregivers who make Comfort Keepers the leading provider of in-home senior care—our team includes:
- Kate Rhea, Scheduling Coordinator. Schedules qualified Comfort Keepers for new and continuing clients.
- Maria Engels, Human Resources Specialist. Administers all recruitment and retention activities, including employment, compensation and benefits—which are all critical to Comfort Keepers’ ability to maintain the best, most compassionate team of caregivers available.
- Mary Simon, Director. Manages the daily operations of Comfort Keepers, including development, education, clinical services and financial performance. She makes certain that Comfort Keepers of Wichita provides consistent delivery of Comfort Keepers’ high standards of in-home senior care.
