Interactive Caregiving™ in Sarasota and Manatee Counties
Comfort Keepers® special approach to in-home care, known as Interactive Caregiving™, is at the very heart of what we do.
Day-to-day caregiving is transformed by our caregivers into chances for activities and conversation that are meaningful to seniors. Interactive Caregiving™ enriches lives, as well engages seniors mentally, socially, emotionally and physically, and it’s all done by our committed senior caregivers, the special people we call Comfort Keepers.
Our Comfort Keepers go through an additional level of training and role playing, learning how to incorporate Interactive Caregiving™ into everyday client visits while also accomplishing all of the tasks that are needed.
Interactive Caregiving™ can assist Florida’s seniors in living lives that are healthier, longer, and more purposeful. In fact, many research studies show that higher levels of activity later in life can benefit senior health.
We also design Interactive Caregiving™ specifically for each individual client’s unique interests and personality. We've seen special results in working with individuals dealing with the difficulties associated with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Comfort Keepers also takes into account the clients’ capabilities, which allows for total effectiveness.
