Home Care Services in Westerville and Newark, Ohio
More seniors today prefer to age in place, that is, continue living in their homes as long as they can with the help of family or professional in-home caregivers. Comfort Keepers of Westerville and Newark help seniors fulfill this desire with a comprehensive array of services that can be tailored to meet their and their family’s needs.
We offer a free in-home assessment that will help you become familiar with our services and will help us create a plan of home care customized to your needs—whether just a few hours of service a week to give family caregivers a respite, to full-time senior care or anything in between.
We’re also flexible regarding where we provide elder care. In addition to caring for seniors in their own homes or in the homes of their children, Comfort Keepers of Westerville and Newark can provide care for seniors in independent living facilities. We even care for clients while they’re in a nursing home or hospital.
Prompt Response
Call us anytime—our phone is staffed 24/7—whenever you have questions about our services, want a free in-home assessment or have concerns. Typically, we can send a Comfort Keeper to a client’s home within a few hours of receiving a call for service.
We Partner with Families
Comfort Keepers of Westerville and Newark allows families to be involved as much as they can and desire to be in their loved one’s in-home care. We partner with families in their loved one’s care. Our Comfort Keepers provide family caregivers breaks from the responsibilities of caregiving so they have time to take care of other responsibilities or just take time to relax.
We offer families who live far away or just across town the peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for by a professional, compassionate caregiver—a Comfort Keeper. We communicate regularly with family members to update them on their loved one’s status and the care they receive.
Matching Clients and Caregivers
Excellent relationships between our compassionate Comfort Keepers and their clients contribute greatly to helping clients achieve and maintain an optimal level of independence and happiness at home. With the help of a sophisticated computer program, we take great care in matching Comfort Keepers and seniors, based on shared interests, personality, health conditions and specialized training completed by the senior caregiver. Good matches are one of the key elements of our success.
