What a blessing Comfort Keepers in Columbus, Ohio was to me.  I knew from the moment I saw my Comfort Keeper at the door that I was going to be well taken care of.  She arrived professionally dressed and on time.  I can tell that Comfort Keepers train their caregivers well because she had a Care Plan that had written down exactly what care my daughter told her that I needed.  I did not have to explain much to her.  I was recently discharged from Rehab and still don't have a lot of energy.  She knew exactly how to help me!

I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by the Columbus, Ohio Comfort Keepers office. Their office staff is well trained.  I have had several occasions when their Quality Assurance Coordinator, Mary Beth, visited with Mom in her home to make sure that her Care Plan was up to date.  Mary Beth was careful to make sure that every Comfort Keeper who came to assist Mom knew exactly what she needed.  I like the way that every Comfort Keeper can access Mom's Care Plan on line before they care for her.  I like the fact that they have over 150 Comfort Keepers to choose from, so we know that we will always be able to find ones that Mom likes, and they can easily find a replacement if our regular ones needed a day off.  They care for Mom 24/7 so it was important to know that I can rely on them.  The managers care a lot about your happiness and contentment and worked hard to match us with someone Mom liked.

From the initial phone contact when I spoke to Jen, through our home visit with Elaine we knew that we had chosen the right company.  There are many companies in Columbus but I knew from the first phone call that Comfort Keepers really cares. I found Comfort Keepers to be very professional and provide excellent customer service.  Their schedulers Michelle, Krista and Tammy worked with us to find a schedule that Mom was happy with.  We tried several of their Comfort Keepers and finally settled on our 3 favorites!  These three folks are so dedicated and treat my Mom as if she were their own.  They are there every day and it gives me such piece of mind when I am at work.  You demonstrated your patience and concern for my mother's situation, and you were open to feedback.
