About Comfort Keepers® of Ann Arbor
Comfort Keepers of Ann Arbor offers a highly effective brand of in-home care to help seniors and other clients continue living independently in the comfort of home, safely, confidently and happily. Kim Policelli and his wife founded the Ann Arbor Comfort Keepers franchise in 2001 after discovering a local unmet need among seniors requiring assistance with the activities of daily living around the house.
As a hospice nurse, Mrs. Policelli was often asked by patients and their families about how they could receive

supportive services between hospice visits, such as companionship and help with grocery shopping and transportation. When she looked into the availability of such services in the community, she discovered that they fell short of the need. The Policellis became convinced of the value of in-home senior care through the experience of their grandparents whose quality of living declined quickly in assisted living and nursing homes.
They know that in-home care enhances the physical and emotional health, as well as mental outlook, of seniors, enabling them to age gracefully, with dignity, where they feel most comfortable, near family and friends.
The uniquely qualified and compassionate caregivers who provide our special brand of care—we call them Comfort Keepers—serve seniors in and around Ann Arbor and Northville, including the communities of Saline, Ypsilanti, Dexter, Farmington Hills, Novi and Livonia.
The exceptional care they provide is what earned Comfort Keepers a "World Class Franchise" rating by the Franchise Research Institute.
