Caregiver
Must be mature, caring and compassionate and have the desire to do something special for seniors. Duties include cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, personal care, companionship and transportation. All shifts available. Interested applicants must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance and favorable background check.
Sales/Referral Manager - Clark, Champaign, Greene and Logan County
Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Sales/Referral Manager is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for an assigned territory. The Sales/Referral Manager will generate sales/referrals through cold calling, attending conferences, networking with key influence groups and relationship building with key referral sources. Calls are required in both medical and non-medical environments. Responsible for reporting results to supervisor on a weekly basis, discuss successes and opportunities, and follow an assigned Marketing/Networking/Business Plan.

Scheduling Coordinator
This position is responsible for scheduling all open shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients needs, communicating new assignments and schedule changes to caregivers and clients, entering data to initiate accurate payroll and billing, attending client care conferences, and working with management to resolve caregiver issues. Interested applicants must have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in word-processing, computer skills (Office, Excel, eRSP), and a favorable background check required. Prior scheduling and/or health care experience preferred.
On-Call Coordinator
This position is responsible for responding to all client inquiries and requests for service when the office is closed (evenings, weekends, and holidays), handling caregiver call offs and scheduling any shifts that become open. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and communications skills, along with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in word-processing, computer skills (Office, Excel, eRSP), and a favorable background check required. Prior scheduling, on-call, and/or healthcare experience preferred.
