Caregivers

We are looking for dedicated caregivers to help seniors remain independent in their homes.  Duties include cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, personal care, companionship and transportation. All shifts available.  Interested applicants must havevalid drivers license, auto insurance and favorable background check.

RN Client Care Coordinators

This position ensures the continuity of care for clients after referral. The RN CCC facilitates the provision of in-home care and support services to our clients, performs initial and follow-up client assessments, develops the Plan of Care, and arranges for uninterrupted client care. The RN CCC routinely interacts with other personnel involved in the client’s care to include family members, community providers, referral sources, insurance companies, care managers, and other third party payors.

Qualified applicants must possess a current RN license with at least two years experience in a health care setting providing direct patient care. Experience in admission and discharge planning a plus. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills and initiative, as well as a positive, professional business image. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a favorable background check required.

Office Manager

This position supervises the coordination of all office activities. Schedules and coordinates office meetings and appointments. Processes employment applications and performs employment activities, including employee screening, interviewing, reference checking, and new employee orientation. Manages office staff and caregiver development and training activities. In addition to supervising office activities, this person is expected to manage and nurture community relationships and is responsible for the overall office financial performance. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently. Healthcare background is preferred.

Payroll and Accounting Assistant

This position prepares and processes the payroll for office staff and caregivers. Coordinates and prepares reports on various client, caregiver, payroll, billing, and related accounting activities. This position also assists with telephone reception, client and caregiver inquiries, and other functions as needed. Qualified applicants must have payroll-processing experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in their work. Applicants must be honest and trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality and possess a sound work ethic.
