Superior telephone, customer service, and computer skills with proficiency in MS word, Excel, Windows, Outlook and PowerPoint. She currently lives in Nashville TN and has a 12 year old son that is the light of her life.
Pat Ernst: Scheduling Manager
Diligent, detail-oriented scheduling manger, knowledgeable of all office functions, with a solid background. Possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, has superior telephone and customer service skills. A native New Yorker and moved to Tennessee 25 years ago with her late husband and two daughters and now has two wonderful grandsons. Pat has been with Comfort Keepers for five years.
Koreen Carillon: Client Care Coordinator
Koreen was born and raised in Clarksville TN. She started her love of seniors at a very young age and often volunteered her time as a dancing partner and helping with crafts. A graduate of Austin Peay State University she earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Healthcare Management. During her studies at APSU she moved to Nashville and worked in numerous assisted living facilities. Koreen had the opportunity to work with residents that had Alzheimer’s which increased her understanding of what seniors are faced with. This increased her love and desire to help care for seniors. She wants to continue pursuing a career caring for seniors and advocate for them. This is a career she hopes her son pursue as well.
