Exceptionally high customer satisfaction ratings factor into award
DAYTON, Ohio (April 12, 2006) - CK Franchising, Inc, an international franchisor that offers companionship and other non-medical services primarily for seniors under the COMFORT KEEPERS® brand, recently named two Gainesville, FL. entrepreneurs as 2005 Comfort Keepers IFA Franchisees of the Year. The mother/daughter team of Lynn Domenech and Jocelyn Holt, own three Comfort Keepers offices in Florida - one in Gainesville, a second in Ocala and the third in Lake County.
Domenech and Holt have owned Comfort Keepers offices since late 2003. The two were selected for the award based on hour and revenue growth, exceptionally high customer satisfaction ratings, social responsibility and exceptional support for the company.
"Winning this award is truly an honor, particularly because of the client component" stated Domenech. "As entrepreneurs we appreciate what continued growth means for our business. However, it is the client satisfaction rating that is most humbling and gratifying for us."
