Why Comfort Keepers:
Comfort Keepers has a training Lab and a Director of Training who provide intensive training to new applicants wanting to become Comfort Keepers. Applicants are given in-depth training from personal care, transferring, communication, nutrition, and much more.
We have dedicated Customer Service representatives(Client Care Coordinators) to work with the Comfort Keepers and the clients. Their most important responsibility is to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. This gives a client the security of knowing that all challenges will be taken care of by an office that cares.
Our office is managed by Franchise co-owners Mathew Fink and Carole Sachs---no absentee ownership.
Our caregivers are trained, bonded, and insured and are thoroughly screened by our large Professional HR department.
Our HR department adhears to all state and federal laws dealing with wage and hour issues, unemployment benefits and the proposed minimum standards of the industry.
We have three schedulers and a full staff of Comfort Keepers to insure coverage seven days and nights a week.
We are heavily involved in the issues pertaining to industry minimum standards and have been working towards licensure in the state of California in order to provide the security of a state policing agency.
We call our caregivers "Comfort Keepers" because they are more than a cut above the rest. We have extensive training and inservices available to our staff.
