Monique Kahkonen joined CK Franchising, Inc. in July 2004. She has brought with her over 20 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources and Human Services. This experience has given her expertise in the area of working with people of diverse backgrounds and areas such as recruitment, employee relations, employment law and corporate compliance programs such as HIPAA, JCAHO, ADA, and FMLA. Monique worked at Kettering Medical Center Network for nine years, where she started as the Workers' Compensation Coordinator, was promoted to Human Resource Manager and most recently the Human Resource Director. Monique holds a B.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is currently working on her M.B.A. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
