MinorityFran Program

To support our continued growth and help members of minority groups to pursue franchise opportunities, we have established specific benefits for minorities who acquire a new franchise with Comfort Keepers®. The program is called MinorityFran and is administered through the International Franchise Association for all member franchise systems who establish benefits specifically for minorities.

At Comfort Keepers, any new incoming minority franchisee can be eligible. The unique benefits we currently provide under the MinorityFran Program are as follows:

  • One one-year subscription to New Horizons Learning Center for franchise owner and staff for online training
  • Credit of $250 for initial order of business cards, letterhead and Comfort Keepers stationery
  • Credit of $500 for initial order of Comfort Keepers promotional products and logo attire

Incoming franchisees must request the MinorityFran benefits before attending new owner training so that we can effectively provide the program benefits.  One benefit package will be provided per franchise office.
