| This is a complete day (8-9 hours) and enables us to get to know each other better. We provide you with our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular, as required per the Federal Trade Commission. You see first-hand the CK Team that you would be working with and establish potential relationships. It also enables us to personally evaluate your interest for review of franchise approval. — A mutual evaluation day to help you make an informed decision. |

| After your visit, the Comfort Keepers Franchise Support Team reviews your confidential questionnaire information and determines your final approval for moving ahead with a Comfort Keepers franchise. |

| We communicate to you the determination of our review. Upon final approval, you move on to defining and confirming your exclusive territory. |
| Defining & confirming of franchise territory |

Utilizing the demographics and zip code software provided by CK Franchising and drawing upon our information provided during Discovery Day, you develop the zip codes for your franchise territory and submit them for review and approval by CK. At your request, we can assist you through this process by telephone or email.

| Territory Deposit Agreement |
|
Upon approval of the territory, you mail in your territory deposit agreement with a deposit check in the amount of $3,000 which secures two seats in an upcoming new owner training class (these are 8-day training sessions offered during scheduled weeks every month) and effectively takes your proposed territory "off the market."

| Franchise agreement signature |
| Your new franchise agreement is mailed to you for signing, then you return it with your check for the balance of the franchise fee, which is currently $29,500. |
