Carolyn ThomasSenior Training Specialist
Carolyn’s role at CK Franchising, Inc. is to identify and design training strategies, programs and interventions to meet system initiatives and strategic goals and objectives for Comfort Keeper franchisees and their staff as well as CKFI team members. She will research new training techniques and enhancements to existing training programs as well as monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.

Carolyn Thomas joined CK Franchising, Inc. in July of 2008. Carolyn brings with her over 18 years of experience in retail operations, field support, performance improvement program development, project leadership, and event planning. Prior to that, Carolyn worked for over 8 years on county and state level government projects related to services, resources, and compliance of public programs. Carolyn holds a B.S. in Business Management and specialized certifications in Project Leadership, Leadership of Volunteer Programs, and Opticianry.
